Rocío is part of the first generation of agents accredited by the State of Guanajuato with a Real Estate License. She has been among the top 20% most productive Real Estate Agents throughout her career.
Moreover, she has been a mentor for the last seven years and has been part of the Keller Williams Allende Agent Leadership Council for the past seven years.

My job is to help people solve their Real Estate needs in order to continue with their lives. It could be due to heath topics, or due to changes in their family or work situation that motivates them to move here or somewhere else. I take care of of my clients' assets as if they were my own and I help them make the best decisions based on market analysis, my own experience, recent comparable sales, as well as my knowledge of laws, taxes and other issues related to the industry.
